Case Study # 1: Growth within Two Months

Mrs. Ritu Vishnoi was a cheerful lady looking after her family business. She ran a petrol pump in a favourable location. However, the hardworking lady was not satisfied with the business. What the business gave in return was not at par with the effort she put into it. She would say, “Whatever is earned is all spent. We are not able to save and invest in order to grow in business,”

This was a very fair concern for her family. A good turnover was the key to a growing business. One day she came to know about Vastu. She thought that this should certainly be given a try. She contacted me. I saw her petrol pump, then offered to visit her residence.

In her house, I found the root of her problems. I observed her house and advised her based on the steps of Vastu. This involved the complementary alignment of entrance, directions of rooms, five elements and objects in her house.

Entrance and Rooms

  • Entrance to the house was in E2 & E3
  • The bedroom was in the ESE direction.
  • The toilet was in the East.
  • The staircase ran anticlockwise in SSW and South.

Objects

  • A drum for storing wheat was kept in North zone.

Elements

  • Kitchen was in the SW and North zone had a red bulb.

Evaluation

  • The E2 & E3 entrance was resulting in wasteful expenditure.
  • The location of bedroom was the cause of all the confusion in business.
  • Family’s basic earning stability and life was being adversely affected by the kitchen in the SW zone.
  • The red bulb was causing dissatisfaction and deprivation, causing them to miss new opportunities.
  • The wheat drum was the root behind low sales.

Remedies

  • I suggested a green strip to be mounted over the entrance to ward off the ill effects of its wrong placement.
  • The bed should be shifted to the East.
  • As per the Vastu Space Surgery technique, an aluminium wire would be placed in the toilet.
  • In the kitchen, a yellow slab would be placed below the stove.
  • The red bulb was removed and placed in the South.
  • Green scenery was placed in the North to ward off the ill effects of immovable wheat drum.
  • A pair of Red Horses was placed in the South.

Results

Mrs. Vishnoi made sure all the changes were incorporated in the house soon. She left the rest to her hard work in the business. True enough, within two months, they all could feel their business pick up. They were able to save more. Their business flourished so well thereafter that they were planning a spare-parts shop near their petrol pump.

Case Study # 2: Students Increased in Coaching Centre

Arushi was a good teacher. Every student, who took tuitions from her, was very happy with her teaching. Each class that Arushi conducted had such clarity that students barely needed repeated revisions of the same lesson. Despite her efforts, the number of students in her class was low. Three years passed and there was no change. She contemplated changing her career, but it was not easy, because she loved teaching.

Arushi shared her problem with one of her friend, Arti Khanna. Arti listened to her patiently and recommended that Arushi should consult a vastu expert, i.e. me and I would surely be able to help her overcome the difficulties. It was Saturday evening and Arushi called me immediately. I agreed to come over on the following Monday.

On Monday afternoon, Arushi was waiting eagerly for me. I entered her house and went around, observing and making notes. Then I made an accurate floor plan and calculated the direction her house was facing. Later I worked as per the 4-steps vastu method.

 Entrance and Rooms

  • The location of the entrance was in the S3 zone, so it was fine.
  • The West zone and WSW zone had weak zonal strength.

Elements

  • A big blue-coloured cooler was lying idle in the South zone.
  • Her kitchen was already in the SE zone, and a red-coloured fridge was placed along the Eastern wall.

Objects

  • There was a lot of clutter in the North zone (old newspapers, carry bags and empty sweet boxes).

Evaluation

  • I evaluated that the West zone and the WSW zone of Arushi’s house were weak, due to which she did not receive expected gains in spite of her all efforts.
  • The blue cooler lying in idle in the South zone was also the main reason for not getting appropriate recognition for her tuition centre.
  • The red fridge was causing anxiety and worries for her.
  • And, the clutter in the North zone was hindering new students from joining Arushi’s classes and also the receipt of money in spite of her efforts.

Remedies

Once I was fully convinced that the problems and their symptoms matched hundred percent, I outlined the solutions. I was delighted because my knowledge was enabling me to help others and giving me so much clarity. I suggested the following remedies:

  • Strengthen the weak West zone by using the Amplifier Technique.
  • Use the Space Programming Technique to treat the weak WSW zone and hang a picture of books here.
  • Shifting the blue-coloured cooler from the South to NNW zone and the red fridge in the kitchen to the SSE zone.
  • Finally, I advised to clear all the clutter from the North zone and palce a Green Plant in that area.

Results

Arushi followed all the recommendations religiously. After six weeks, Arushi came to my office to thank me, who had changed her life. Arushi had benefited greatly and said. “In the last fifteen days, the students’ strength has increased from 15 to 55. Now I am so busy that I need to start more classes. I have also increased the tuition fee which students are paying happily. It has been successful beyond my expectations.”  While sharing her magical results, her eyes were moist with gratitude.

After a year, Arushi had to shift to a bigger place to accommodate her large numbers of students. Associate teachers joined her classes as well. Today, Arushi is well known for the excellent results her students deliver.

Case Study # 6: Attracting New Clients in Real Estate Business

In Delhi, soaring prices make dealing in property a very profitable business. Rakesh started a property dealership in Delhi’s Patparganj area, where there has been a huge property boom in recent times. He set up his office and soon started building up his business.

However, he never seemed to get the fruit of his hard work. At the last minute, deals would get cancelled; clients would lose interest in the property or change their minds about dealing with him. This led to huge losses in business. He could not understand why this kept happening, and got more and more depressed. It was then that one of his friend suggested that he should meet me to try and solve his problem.

After hearing about his financial problems and the trouble he was with his business, I examined his office space, using the s-steps of vastu—-entrance, rooms, elements and objects—to see if there was any imbalance in the flow of energy. I saw that there were certain aspects of the office which were not aligned to these principles, and suggested certain modifications to the interior layout.

  • The sitting area was located in ESE.

Elements

  • The pantry was located in the North.

  • The Pantry with gas stove indicates the fire element, but since it was located in North (the zone of water); it disturbed the flowing of new opportunities in his business.
  • The clutter in the South-East zone was blocking up prospects of cash transactions.

Remedies

  • Sitting area to be shifted from ESE to South, the zone of fame, recognition and social success.
  • The Pantry to be re-located to the NW.
  • The clutter in the SE to be cleared, allowing easy flow of energy and therefore of money.
